Children at The Learning Center browse through books as part of the Reading Rocks-themed Read Across America event Monday. Students in the Bradford Area High School Literary Club and the Children’s Literature class worked together to plan this event. They collected donations of gently used books, and received donations from American Refining Group and the Blaisdell Foundation to purchase new books. In addition, the Kiwanis Club donated some new books, and the students raised funds by selling coupons.
