JOHNSONBURG — Dillon Keane kept his personal record unblemished, but the remainder of his Bradford teammates didn’t get many passing grades from head coach Jamey Miller Tuesday night.
Keane improved to 22-0 on the season with a first period pin at 182, but the Owls as a team fell to the Johnsonburg Rams 39-25 in their Allegheny Mountain Wrestling League match.
“I thought we could win tonight, but we did not perform the way we’re capable of,” stated Miller. “We had a long layoff and I thought it would help us get through some bumps and bruises, but it went the exact opposite way.”
Also winning matches by decisions for the Owls were Brett Thompson (126) and Colby Keane (160).
Recording pins for the Rams were Nolan Shaffer at 132 and Matt Berger at 195.,
Bradford (2-6) travels to Punxsutawney on Thursday.
