Rylan Yingling was one of approximately 45 kindergarteners from the Smethport Area Elementary School who decorated the Christmas tree in the lobby of the McKean County Courthouse Tuesday morning. Students in the three kindergarten classes made their own decorations: Rudolph, snowmen and sleds. Brenda Goodwill of the courthouse staff chaired this project that also featured light refreshments prepared by county employees. Kerry Fetter of Smethport donated the tree.
