Dawn Pletcher, fourth from left in front, Goodies For Our Troops founder and co-director, is surrounded by members of Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Pennsylvania Chapter 22-6, who presented her with a check for $4,000 for Goodies. Chapter 22-6 members from Bradford, Tioga, Potter and McKean counties submitted a request to the National Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association for the funds. The association is a member of Veterans Helping Veterans. The money will be used to help cover the cost of postage to send boxes containing food, candy, socks, hand warmers and other necessities to the troops and to purchase any other items they may need, according to Pletcher.
