Cadyn Sutherland tallied four goals to lead Bradford to a 13-0 win over Meadville at Parkway Field on Monday evening.
Sutherland was Bradford’s lone multi-goal scorer, with nine other Owls tallying a goal against Meadville (2-4).
Brennan Grady, Colton Swanson, Gavin McGee, Ian Grady, Isaiah Pingie, Owen Kane, Rob Jimmerson, Ethan Tate and Calyb Geist all found the back of the net.
Ian Grady had five assists and Colton Swanson added three helpers for the Owls (5-2).
Bradford has won its last two games by a combined 24-0.
“We were able to force turnovers and finish early,” Bradford coach Wes Lohrman said. “It’s good to have a number of different goal-scorers because it’s not localized to just one person. There are areas we need to get better at, but overall it was a really nice performance.”
Evan Schmidt made a save and recorded the shutout in net for the Owls.
Bradford’s JV team also picked up a 4-0 victory over Meadville. Colton Nichols had two goals and Gavin Piscatelli picked recorded a shutout in that game.
The Owls will be back on the pitch Wednesday for a big test against Warren (4-2).
“We’ve been watching game tape and seeing the things we’ve done well and the things we need to improve on,” Lohrman said. “We had a good night on the practice field Sunday looking at those things and It’s good to go into the (Warren) game firing on all cylinders.”
