Free and open to the public, the concert, titled “Let Us Wander: A Journey through Opera, Oratorio, and Art Song,” is presented by St. Bonaventure’s Department of Visual and Performing Arts. Peterson and Black are both faculty members in the department, and mezzo-soprano Michelle Hall is a native of Allegany, N.Y. The program was designed to take the audience on a journey through the evolution of the classical vocal genre, Hall said.
