A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail after allegedly pointing a handgun at two people during a street fight.
Kenneth C. Noll, 43, of Bradford, was arraigned early Monday morning before District Judge Richard Luther on two counts of simple assault, both second-degree misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct, a third-degree misdemeanor. He was jailed on $12,500 bail, the online case docket stated.
According to Bradford City Police, at 10:16 p.m. Sunday, officers were dispatched for a report of a fight with a firearm in the street near 114 Pearl St. Police went to talk to Noll at that address, and, when Noll walked out of the house, he had a Jimenez .22 caliber handgun on his hip in a holster. Officers disarmed him.
Police spoke to Noll, as well as Noll’s neighbors, Joseph Reed and Katrina Louk.
They learned the three had been arguing on the sidewalk in front of 114 Pearl St., and Noll allegedly pulled out his firearm and pointed it at both Reed and Louk.
Assisting city police were officers from Bradford Township and the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
Noll is scheduled to appear in McKean County Central Court on Thursday.
