OLEAN, N.Y. — A McKean County, Pa., graduate recently received a scholarship managed by the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation for students pursuing business degrees.
Logan Caruso of Bradford (Pa.) Area High School was one of several students receiving the Daniel McCarthy Scholarship in the amount of $500 this year. Caruso will attend St. Bonaventure University to study accounting.
The scholarship, given through the Catherine M. Cridler Trust, honors McCarthy, one of Olean Business Institute’s founders. The scholarship is available to graduating students pursuing a business degree.
