A Liberty Township woman who was arrested after law enforcement officials allegedly found a methamphetamine lab at her residence waived preliminary hearings for two drug cases on Thursday in McKean County Central Court.
Patricia A. Larson, 32, of 195 Lower Portage Road, is accused in one case of manufacturing meth on her property and in the second of delivering one Subutex pill. Both alleged incidents are said to have occurred July 17.
She is charged in one case with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, both felonies, and criminal use of a communication facility. In the other case, she’s charged with two counts each of possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance and possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, felonies; operating a meth lab, second-degree felonies; deposits, stores, disposes of chemical waste and illegal dumping of meth waste, third-degree felonies; and one count each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A co-defendant in both cases, Rory D. Ford, 35, of the same address, has a Central Court appearance set for Aug. 2 on the allegations.
Both are incarcerated in McKean County Jail.
