Port Allegany Rotary holds changing of the guard

The Port Allegany Rotary Club held a changing of the guard ceremony Thursday at the home of Dave and Anna Fair. Outgoing Rotary president Anna Fair passed the gavel to incoming president Nicole Larsen. During the gathering, District Governor Scott Bayline, Rotary exchange student Uri Biondi, Ki Bayline and Christa Schott relayed some of their stories from the Rotary International Convention held in Toronto, Canada.
