At 5:18 p.m. on Sunday, Bradford City police officers and local EMTs responded to a call about a 40-year-old man who reportedly drowned.
Bradford City Police confirmed the death took place at 41 Pearl St. but could not provide any further details as of press time due to the incident still being under investigation.
According to McKean County District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer, the victim was pronounced dead on the scene.
According to scanner reports, the man was found in a seated position with his face in the water, and he was pulled out of the water and given CPR.
