A Mount Jewett man accused of selling marijuana waived a preliminary hearing Wednesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Vincent P. Gagliardi, 25, of Bradford, is charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
According to court records, at 7:03 p.m. Oct. 3, Gagliardi sold 6.7 grams of marijuana in exchange for $100. The alleged sale took place in front of 137 N. Center St., which is near School Street Elementary School.
He planned the sale through Facebook messenger, the criminal complaint stated.
Gagliardi is free, having posted 10 percent of $2,500 bail.
