Construction to begin on Wilcox Clermont Road bridge

CLEARFIELD — Construction for a Wilcox Clermont Road bridge in McKean County is scheduled to begin soon as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.
