A Mount Jewett man is facing charges in an alleged marijuana sale.
Vincent Gagliardi, 25, of 2 Boyd St., was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Dominic Cercone on charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
According to court records, at 7:03 p.m. Oct. 3 in front of 137 N. Center St. — near School Street Elementary School — Gagliardi delivered 6.7 grams of marijuana to a confidential informant with the McKean County Drug Task Force for $100.
Gagliardi arranged the sale using Facebook Messenger, court records stated.
Gagliardi was committed to McKean County Jail in lieu of 10 percent of $2,500, and he is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
