The Bradford boys tennis team finished off its home slate in style with a convincing 7-0 win over Johnsonburg on Wednesday at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
Not only did the Owls win all seven matches, but they used 10 different players to do so.
Jared Lucas, Alex Barton, Brett Degolier, and Joe Yaros all won in singles action. On the doubles side, the duos of Jordan Achar and Nick Haner, Austin Jadlowiec and Shane Peterson, and Dan Matute and Cadyn Sutherland all triumphed.
“It was a nice win for us,” Bradford coach Mark Sherman said. “We got all the seniors in, so it was nice that they could end their careers with a home match win.
“Everybody won today and I was very pleased with the way we played.”
Bradford (4-6) will travel to Elk Catholic this afternoon.
