COUDERSPORT — The Coudersport, Smethport, and Oswayo Valley track teams were in action at Monday’s tri-meet, which featured a pair of quadruple performances from Coudy’s Steven Kelly and OV’s Sara McKean.
McKean took first place in the 200, 400 relay, long jump, and triple jump. On the boys side, Kelly earned first in the 100, 200, 400 relay, and 1600 relay.
Both Coudersport teams swept the meet, with the boys winning 92.5-57.5 over Smethport and 139-9 over OV, and the girls defeating Smethport 108-39 and Oswayo Valley 78-57.
Finishing with triples in the girls meet were Coudersport’s Tianna Bowser (800, 1600 relay, pole vault) and Adrian Page (1600 relay, discus, javelin).
Earning doubles were Coudy’s Dana Dubots (400, 1600 relay) and Lauren Stimaker (1600 relay, high jump), OV’s Faith Coole (100, 400 relay), and Smethport’s Victoria Gamet (1600, 3200 relay).
Winning three events apiece on the boys side were Smethport’s Darion Gregory (1600, 3200, 3200 relay) and Coudy’s Conner Rothermel (1600 relay, 110 hurdles, 300 hurdles).
Earning doubles were Smethport’s Christian Tanner (400, 800) and Coudy’s David Burd (400 relay, long jump).
Coudersport (5-0) will host another tri-meet on Wednesday against Cameron County and Northern Potter.
