Ronald and Ruth Ann Ridenour of Knoxville, Tenn., and formerly of the Bradford Area, are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. Dr. Bob Grove and Constance Grove hosted a party in the couple’s honor on Thursday in Knoxville. Mrs. Ridenour is retired from Drug and Alcohol Abuse Services Inc., Bradford. Meanwhile, Mr. Ridenour is retired from the Bradford Area school system after teaching for 35 years, six years of which he served as an assistant football coach under the helm of John Durham. The couple has six children: James of Albany, N.Y.; Charles of Bradford; Constance of Knoxville; Edward of Atlanta, Ga.; Beth Ann of Lancaster; and Kathryn of Indiana, Pa. They also have 10 grandchildren.
