It’s a Supported Asana class, and uses yoga props to support the body for better alignment, for better opening of the joints and for teaching the receptive aspect of the postures while developing strength/stability. This class bridges the gap between relaxation and fully-active/classic asana work.The class is donation-based in an effort to make yoga accessible and affordable to everyone.
