DUKE CENTER — Otto-Eldred got off to a fast start, scoring 23 points in the first quarter, and never looked back, cruising past Oswayo Valley 61-32 in North Tier League action on Monday.

Trey Dalton notched a double-double for O-E, finishing with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Jordan Sherwood (10 points) and Dylan Close (nine points, five assists) also had solid games for the Terrors, who hit 11 3-pointers in the game.

“We shot the ball very well in the first half,” O-E coach Dan Dalton said. “We also really picked up the defensive intensity the whole game.”

Both teams will be back at it again tonight: Otto-Eldred (10-5 overall, 6-4 NTL) hosts Smethport, while Oswayo Valley (9-7 overall, 5-5 NTL) visits Northern Potter.
