COUDERSPORT — Certified Nurse Midwife Kristine Ball joined Cole Memorial Medical Group’s obstetrician and gynecologist team comprised of Ahmad Awada, MD, and Mazen Fouany, MD, in January at the Women’s Health Center located in Cole Memorial Hospital’s Irwin Medical Arts Center.

She brings over five years of labor and delivery experience as a registered nurse at Cole Memorial. She received her Master of Science in Advanced Nursing and Midwifery from Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, N.Y., where she was also awarded the Marie Frey Memorial Award to emphasize her clinical excellence. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
