Today is the last day to drop off gifts for The Era’s Less Fortunate (ELF) Fund.
Volunteer gift buyers can drop off wrapped gifts with their tags from 9 a.m. to noon today at the 2017 distribution center, located at the former Goodwill space in the Save-A-Lot building at 75 Forman St., courtesy of building owner Varischetti & Sons of Brockway.
It is important that gifts are brought in today, as The ELF Fund begins purchasing presents for unfilled tags immediately after the collection ends.
Distribution day will be Friday, and each recipient will be given a specific time to come pick up their presents.
The ELF Fund distributes tags with the Christmas wishes of needy children and seniors in the Bradford Area School District.
