SMETHPORT — Bradford man Stephen Stidd was acquitted today in McKean County Court in the shooting death of his former son-in-law.
A jury found Stidd not guilty of all counts.
Stidd and his attorneys have maintained since the Jan. 16, 2015, death of Mel Bizzarro behind Togi’s Restaurant that he acted in self-defense.
