A Bradford man was arraigned Friday on an allegation that he threatened to kill another person.
Daniel Mount, 65, of 28 Riley Road, is charged with terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor.
According to court records, on Aug. 14, Mount threatened a former girlfriend, telling her that if she was with anyone else, he would kill her. He told her, too, that he would kill her if she called police, court records allege.
Mount was arraigned before District Judge Dom Cercone and released on $5,000 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Oct. 11.
