PITTSBURGH — On July 6, Justin Allen Wedge was honored to receive the hand of the love of his life, Clarissa Caitlin Atkinson, in marriage.

The ceremony took place at UPMC Montefiore hospital with the Rev. Steven Gruver officiating.

The groom is the son of Diana Lawton of Bradford and the late Christopher Lawton. He is a 2014 graduate of Bradford Area High School.

The bride is the daughter of Kevin and Angel Atkinson of Bradford. She, too, is a 2014 graduate of Bradford Area High School.

The bride’s gown was a princess cut gown from David’s Bridal shop with her veil and bouquet made by her mother. A small reception provided by the nurses was held in the ICU waiting room at the hospital.

The couple will reside in Bradford with a honeymoon and official gathering to be held at a later time.
