The annual Port Allegany Rotary Club’s changing of the guard was held Wednesday night at the home of Dave and Anna Fair. District Governor Elect Scott Bayline served as emcee for the event and gave incoming president Anna Fair a past president pin to present to Joe DeMott. DeMott, in turn, presented Fair with her president’s pin. The group will hold club assembly at noon Thursday at the Moose Family Center.
