SMETHPORT — A free program on getting prepared for the Aug. 21 solar eclipse will be held at the Hamlin Memorial Library at 6:30 p.m. June 14.
Bernie Picklo, academic technology integrator for the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and former teacher of astronomy and earth science, will present the program. Every attendee will receive a free pair of eclipse glasses.
