ST. MARYS — Two Pennsylvania men have been jailed on drug charges in St. Marys.

Scott Alan Snyder, 35, of Falls Creek, and Samuel Francis Hutton, 22, of Byrnedale, were arraigned Monday afternoon before District Judge Mark Jacob, court records indicate.

According to court records, Snyder is charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, both felonies; and possession of a controlled substance; meanwhile, Hutton is charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, a felony.

Both men are incarcerated in Elk County Jail, Snyder in lieu of $250,000 bail and Hutton in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Preliminary hearings are scheduled for May 23.
