A Bradford man is facing allegations he exposed himself to children.
Michael Scott Campbell, 50, of 34 S. Center St., was arraigned Monday night before District Judge William Todd on charges of unlawful contact with minors-open lewdness, a third-degree felony; indecent exposure, a first-degree misdemeanor; disorderly conduct and open lewdness, both third-degree misdemeanors; and public drunkenness, a summary charge, court records stated.
According to court records, at 7:58 p.m. Monday, Campbell was on South Center Street wearing blue boxer shorts and exposing his genitals to nearby children.
Bradford City Police were called, and when they arrived on scene, “Mr. Campbell was verbally upset and yelling profanities,” court records read.
Campbell was asked to sit on his front steps while police investigated; he sat down, but continued to swear, court records stated. Police also allege that appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.
He was incarcerated in McKean County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail, and he is scheduled to appear in Central Court on April 13.
