KANE — A Kane woman is facing drug delivery allegations from 2014 and 2015.
Megan Elizabeth Hannah, 37, of 507 Bayard St., is charged in two separate cases with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, court records stated.
Punxsutawney-based state police filed the charges on Thursday, and she was arraigned Monday before Magisterial District Judge David Engman, court records indicate.
Court records said on both Dec. 29, 2014, and Nov. 29, 2015, Hannah sold 10 Ritalin pills for $100.
She is free on a total of $5,000 unsecured bail in the two cases, and is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Jan. 19.
