A Bradford woman accused of possessing pills packaged for delivery waived a preliminary hearing on Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Misty R. Mihalko, 31, is charged with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, both felonies; two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors; and summary charges, court records stated.
Court records said on Dec. 3, Mihalko was pulled over by Bradford City Police because she failed to use her turn signal when pulling into the High Rise apartment building lot from Bushnell Street.
A K-9 that was brought in led law enforcement officials to two pill bottles in Mihalko’s purse: one contained 15 Adderall pills, and the second contained 14 Adderall pills and one Oxycontin pill, court records stated. Her car also allegedly had the wrong registration plate.
A front seat passenger, Jessica Mihalko, was allegedly in possession of a crack pipe, too. Court records indicate Jessica Mihalko is charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
There was no indication any criminal allegations were made against back seat passenger.
Miahalko, who had been incarcerated in McKean County Jail in Smethport in lieu of $100,000 bail at her arraignment, remains incarcerated, but her bail was lowered to $25,000.
