A Bradford man accused of waving a knife by a school bus, threatening several students, waived a preliminary hearing Wednesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Jonathan J. “Juice” Johnson, 29, is facing two counts each of terroristic threats and simple assault, all first-degree misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct, both third-degree misdemeanors, court records stated.
According to court records, in September, Johnson approached a school bus on Barbour Street, pulled out a knife, opened it and held it to the bus window. He allegedly told several students under age 12 “that he would kill them if they didn’t leave his daughter alone.”
He remains incarcerated in McKean County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
