Wagner to present program at First Fork Festival

AUSTIN — Van Wagner, songwriter, historian and Pennsylvania logger, will present “Tall Timber” at 2 p.m. Oct. 8 during the First Fork Festival at Sinnemahoning State Park near Austin.
