LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. — A Shinglehouse, Pa., man is facing allegations he raped someone in New York state.
Cattaraugus County District Attorney Lori Pettit Rieman said Skyler A. Carlson, 19, was arraigned Monday in Cattaraugus County Court on two counts of first-degree rape, one count each of third-degree rape and first-degree criminal sexual act, all felonies; and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor.
On June 25, in the Town of Allegany, Carlson had sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion, according to Rieman.
Carlson pleaded not guilty at his arraignment, and the matter has been adjourned for motions.
