Festa Italiana 2016 continues today with food and game booths, which will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and the beer tent will be open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Everyone must be 21 years of age or older and present proper identification to be permitted under the tent after 8 p.m.
St. James Italian Heritage Dance Group will perform at noon today, followed by Acoustic Brew from 2 to 5 p.m., GoodBye Dawn from 5 to 9 p.m., and Darkwater Duo from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
St. James Italian Heritage Dance Group will kick-off the entertainment again at noon Saturday, followed by Two Guys Drinking Beer from 1 to 4 p.m. Musical entertainment will take a break for a Catholic Mass to be said from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, but will resume with Midnight Special from 6:15 to 9 p.m. and Witch Hazel from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Witch Hazel will take a break at 10:30 p.m. to allow attendees to enjoy the fireworks display.
The Ladies of the LaStella Auxiliary will sell other homemade baked goods, including wans, yolandas, pizzelles and more.
The Festa Italiana 2016 is geared toward family and will offer new children’s games and rides this year. Wink of an Eye Entertainment will also be there today and Saturday doing some unique face painting.
