OLEAN, N.Y. — CAReS is celebrating Recovery Month by hosting a CAReS Recovery Fest Olean with food, music, special speakers, wellness and prevention booths, special acts and activities for children.
The CAReS Recovery event will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 17 at Lincoln Park in the center of the city of Olean. This is a free event and the public is welcome to attend.
The Council on Addiction Recovery Services was founded in 1974 and has been providing substance use counseling, residential services, and prevention education since 1988. CAReS has facilities in Olean, Machias, Salamanca and Gowanda.
