Bradford motorists are paying an average of $2.396 a gallon for unleaded, self-serve gasoline this week, according to the American Automobile Association Fuel Gauge Report.
Elsewhere across the region, the average price for gas stands at 2.397 a gallon, and nationwide at $2.161 a gallon.
AAA officials said national pump prices have fallen for 43 of the past 44 days. The current national average price for regular unleaded gasoline is the lowest mark since April and the lowest price for this date since 2004. With abundant fuel supplies across the nation and declining crude oil costs, gas prices dropped in 47 states over the past week.
