Winning $1 M lottery ticket sold in Emporium

MIDDLETOWN – An Emporium retailer sold one of four $1 million top-prize winning tickets for the Pennsylvania Lottery’s 4th of July Millionaire Raffle drawing, held July 9, officials reported Monday.
