O2 Investment Partners announced on Thursday that its portfolio company Alpha Sintered Metals has acquired Precision Made Products (PMP), which has headquarters in Brunswick, Ohio.

Alpha Sintered Metals is based in Ridgway.

The Alpha Sintered Metals management team said they’re excited to partner with Precision Made Products Founder and Chief Executive Officer Majid Daneshvar and their team to leverage their proprietary technology and deep expertise in metal injection molding.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2002, PMP is a state of the art MIM business with CNC machining capability serving the medical, aerospace, and firearms markets.  

“I was seeking a strategic partner that could help us take PMP to the next level,” said Daneshvar. “Alpha’s experience in powder metal manufacturing coupled with our MIM technology will create exciting opportunities for the future.”

Alpha Sintered Metals LLC is a global manufacturer of high-precision powder metal components and assemblies for the automotive, small engine, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle and agricultural equipment industries.
