Stephen A. Troisi, CPA, has been appointed as chief financial officer and treasurer at Minard Run Oil Co.
The announcement was made by Frederick W. Fesenmyer, president and chairman of the board for Minard Run.
In his new position, Troisi will be a member of the executive management team and report directly to the president. Having been with Minard Run Oil for more than eight years, Troisi previously served as the company’s controller.
Troisi is a graduate of Bucknell University and recently obtained his MBA degree from Walden University.
