SHINGLEHOUSE — The Oswayo Valley Memorial Library in Shinglehouse will host Commonwealth Speaker Susan McLellan Plaisted’s presentation of “Chocolate: The Pennsylvania Connection” at 6 p.m. Sept. 23 at the library.
