The McKean County Fair gets started today for a week of games, food, competitions and exhibitions in Smethport.

There will be some vendors on the grounds over the weekend, but no rides will be running until Monday.

Saturday

9 to 11 a.m. – Tractor ride registration at Isadore’s Farm

11 a.m. – Food pantry tractor ride from Isadore’s Farm to Main Street and ending at the fairgrounds

1 p.m. – Southern Tier mini-tractor pulls/hit-and-miss engines at the track area

Sunday

10 a.m. – Tractor games and hit-and-miss engines at the track area

1 to 5 p.m. Pre-registered exhibits accepted

6 p.m. – Opening ceremonies at the mini stage

6:30 p.m. – Vesper service at the mini stage
