ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. — St. Bonaventure will add new priority seats to the Reilly Center starting with the 2015-16 men’s basketball season.
The seats will be in two locations — a row of “courtside” seats across from the team benches, and additional seats in rows three and four of sections C and D, commonly referred to as the blues. The seats in row three will be the first row behind the media section.
There are limited quantities of seats available in both areas.
This will be the first major change to the seating for men’s basketball games since 1997, when the blue seats were added.
“We are really excited to be able to offer these new seating options — we think these are extremely attractive seats which will appeal to our fans,” said Tim Kenney, St. Bonaventure’s new director of athletics. “Since I started (in April) we have looked at ways we can provide our fans the best possible experience when they come to the Reilly Center. This is just the start.”
The courtside seats, which will be padded with backs, are $710 per seat for the season, $500 of which will be a contribution to the Bonnies Athletic Fund. The new seats in sections C and D, which are chair back seats, are $610 per seat, $400 of which will be a BAF contribution. Sections C and D are located at center court.
To be included on a list for consideration, contact the St. Bonaventure Ticket Office at (716) 375-2500 or email tickets@sbu.edu.
The deadline is July 31. Seats will be allocated based upon lifetime charitable giving to the Athletics Department.
