Causer supports ‘fiscally responsible’ state budget

HARRISBURG — State Rep. Martin Causer, R-Turtlepoint, on Saturday cast his vote in favor of a $30.18 billion budget for the 2015-16 fiscal year, which begins on Wednesday.
