HARRISBURG — Allegheny Store Fixtures has been selected as a finalist for the 2015 Governor’s ImPAct Awards in the “Small Business Impact Award” category.
Awards will be presented by Gov. Tom Wolf at a ceremony at the Hershey Lodge on May 21.
“It is an honor to be recognized for creating jobs and having an economic impact within the State of Pennsylvania,” commented President Steve DiFazio. He added, “Allegheny was selected because of our determination to keep jobs in PA by remaining relevant in an ever-changing and competitive industry.”
The Governor’s ImPAct Awards recognizes companies from throughout the state in five categories: Community Impact, Entrepreneurial Impact, Export Impact, Jobs That Pay, and Small Business Impact.
The Small Business ImPAct Award is given to a small business that has been an innovator within its industry, demonstrated revenue/profit growth, increased its workforce, and committed to the growth and development of its employees and community. The company must have 100 or fewer employees.
