Ban on boat sewage discharges proposed for 2 more NY lakes

GENEVA, N.Y. (AP) — The Environmental Protection Agency is seeking public comments on its proposal to prohibit boats from dumping sewage into Seneca Lake, Cayuga Lake and the Seneca River.
