Delayed: DCNR official says work on Kinzua Bridge State Park visitor center slows due to weather

Freezing temperatures and an abundance of snow over the past several weeks have delayed construction of an approximately $6.8 million visitor center/office at Kinzua Bridge State Park near Mount Jewett.
