Ameriprise Financial at 46 Davis St. in Bradford is continuing to experience significant year-over-year growth, as officials have announced its third facility expansion and addition of a new licensed adviser.

“We have been very fortunate to achieve annual double digital growth over the past several years,” said Bill Chapman, CFP, MBA, financial adviser and owner. “Clearly, people have discovered the benefits of working with a financial planner. Due to the continued trust and confidence our clients have placed in us, we have found ourselves near capacity. Fortunately, we have space available at our current location to accommodate additional expansion. More importantly, we have identified a very well-qualified candidate who will be joining our team in April.”

The Bradford office underwent a major expansion project three years ago. That effort nearly doubled the office size and improved capabilities significantly, officials said.

“At the time, I  felt we were positioning our firm to be able to accommodate an ever-expanding practice,” Chapman said. “However, our growth rates have continued to accelerate and we find ourselves needing to add more space and staff again. I am very pleased with our future business plans and am looking forward to further success and building upon the many relationships established over the past 20-plus years.”
