PITTSBURGH — Bradford motorists are paying an average of $2.305 a gallon for unleaded, self-serve gasoline this week, according to the American Automobile Association’s Fuel Gauge Report.
Elsewhere across the region, the average price for gas stands at $2.250 a gallon, a drop of 3 cents from last week, according to AAA officials. Nationwide, the average price for gas remains below $3 a gallon. AAA officials said gas prices have begun to increase slightly due to refinery issues in the Midwest and because crude oil prices are trading at more stable levels following a multi-month selloff.
The following is a list of the average price of unleaded self-serve gasoline in various areas: $2.166, Altoona; $2.232, Brookville; $2.196, Clarion; $2.262, DuBois; $2.061, Erie; $2.271, Indiana; $2.264, Kittanning; $2.254, Meadville; $2.280, Pittsburgh; and $2.300, Warren.
