Drug interdiction program on Seneca territories to end after Seneca Council and Cattaraugus County fail to extend contract

LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. — Cattaraugus County sheriff Tim Whitcomb is being forced to pull the plug on a successful three-year drug interdiction program on Seneca Nation territory.
