Catt. Co. jury indicts Olean, N.Y. men in Park’s death

LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. — A Cattaraugus County grand jury indicted two Olean men Thursday on charges relating to the murder of Otis Lamont Parks in August, authorities announced Friday morning.
